e-Health Tourism – healthcare services for tourists in Western Balkans
A sudden illness in a foreign country is one of the most serious problems that a tourist can face. You are in an unfamiliar place and often do not speak the language. This issue is even more relevant now because of COVID-19. To improve access to health services, Digital Clinic with the support of Regional Cooperation Council and the European Union has launched a new service: e-Health Tourism.
This service will minimize the inconvenience and distress, providing fast and easy access to health services for tourists. e-Health Tourism is a new concept of healthcare introduced for the first time in Europe by Digital Clinic offering comfort to tourists in Western Balkan countries. Health services to tourists will be offered in English and the languages of the region.
e-Health Tourism will also help citizens of Western Balkan Countries during their holidays away from their country by providing easier access to health services and enabling you to continue enjoying your holiday.
The English-speaking staff will work around the clock to guarantee rapid and effective assistance to the tourists’ medical needs. This new concept of healthcare, offering private and secure chat, audio, and video consultations, connects health experts with tourists rapidly and at a low cost.
Now tourists of the Western Balkan countries have a new address to consult a doctor, anytime and for any health concern.
