Dr. Milda completed her studies in General Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Tirana, while she continued her specialization in Pulmonology at the University Hospital "Shefqet Ndroqi" in Tirana. During the years 2004 - 2008, she completed the specialization for Internal Diseases, Internal Medicine & Hypertension, at the University Hospital Center "Mother Teresa" Tirana. Dr. Milda has a long experience as a Lecturer of Pneumology at the Faculty of Medicine in Tirana.

Dr. Milda participates in trainings and presentations at congresses, European symposia, in Brussels, Paris, Vienna, Heidelberg Thoracic Clinic, Gollnik - Slovenia, the University Cantonal Hospital Geneva, Switzerland and seminars organized by the WHO.

She is a member of many associations such as:
